Carribbean Overnight Oats

Hey Lovlies

Today's recipe goes perfectly with the weather: sunny and refreshing =) As I checked today's weather forecast, I thought I might wanna change my beloved raspberry oats into something new and summery. I can't wait until summer finally arrives =) This is also the reason why I named my new creation the "Carribbean Overnight Oats", and you'll see: With this breakfast, the Carribbean is not far away anymore.

Here's what you'll need (for 1 person, duration 10 mins.):

- 50g of oats
- a little bit of lowfat milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tblsp of coconut flakes
- 1/2 mango
- 1 kiwi

1. The night before, put your oats in a bowl and dash them with some milk. Then add the coconut flakes, mix it all up and put it in the fridge overnight, so that the oats can really soak up the milk.
2. In the morning, mash half of the banana and add it to the oats.
3. To top it all off, peal 1/2 mango and cut it into pieces. Do the same with the kiwi and slice the rest of the banana. Now you can top your oats off et voilà!

Have fun in the Carribbean

Luana
