Healthy Trotilla-Pizza

Hallo Fitfoodlovers

- 1 Vollkorn Tortilla Wrap
- Tomatenpüree
- Fettarmer Mozzarella
- 1 Orange Paprika
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 Champignons
- etwas frischen Blattspinat
- Hähnchenbruststreifen
- italienische Kräuter / Salz

1. Ofen auf 180° Celsius vorheizen.

Hey Fitfoodlovers

As you know me, I really love to think about new recipes and to try new things out. But sometimes there are some days (I'm sure you know them too), when I am not really creative and I just want to have real burger or a Pizza. Last week, I had one of these days, but unfortunately a pizza doesn't really fit into a healthy diet. Or?
I went looking around the internet, I got inspired by instagram and finally thought, why not try to create a healthy pizza.
Said (or rather thought) and done!

Here's what you'll need for one pizza:

- 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
- tomato purée
- lowfat mozzarella
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 mushrooms
- fresh leaf spinach
- chicken breast
- italian herbs / salt

1. Preheat the oven up to 180° Celsius.
2. Spread the wrap with the tomato purée (Caution: Do not take too much, otherwise it will get too watery).
3. Cut the mozzarella in thin slices and put it on the wrap.
4. Spread with bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, and the chickenbreast (I chose the precooked chicken breast made with salt and pepper, but you can also just fry a freshly bought chicken breast and prepare it yourself).
5. Season it with italian herbs and salt.
6. Bake during 10 mins. and enjoy =)

Concerning the veggies, these are just some I like, but you certainly can choose whatever you wanna have on your pizza individually =)

Healthy Berry Cake

Hallo meine Lieben

- 70g fettarme Butter
- 12g Stevia
- 2TL Agavendicksaft
- 1 Prise Salz
- 3 Eier
- 2dl fettarme Milch
- 100g Hartweizengries
- 100g feine Haferflocken
- 1TL Backpulver
- 1TL Vanilleproteinpulver
- 100g Johannisbeeren
- 100g Himbeeren
- 1dl heisses Wasser
- Puderzucker
- 2 EL 100% natürlichen Ahornsirup
- 1 EL Zitronensaft

1. Als erstes den Ofen auf 180° Celsius vorheizen.

Hey Lovlies

Recently I got asked quite a few times about healthy snacks and recipes for those of you who don't want to go without any sweets, despite eating healthy. This is not even necessary. I just look for healthy alternatives and constantly try to recreate recipes. Of course I'd love to share my new creations and I am really happy if I get to inspire others =)

So last weekend I was in a baking mood again (as usual on sundays) and what came out was a berry cake which tastes just like a normal berry cake but way more healthy =)

So here's what you'll need (for one cake in a 30cm baking pan):

- 70g lowfat butter
- 12g of stevia
- 2 tsp. of agave
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 2dl lowfat milk
- 100g durum wheat semolina
- 100g oats
- 1 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 tsp. of vanilla protein powder
- 100g redcurrants
- 100g raspberries
- 1dl of hot water
- powdered sugar
- 2 tblsp. of 100% all natural maple syrup
- 1 tblsp. of lemon Juice

1. Firstly preheat your oven to 180° Celsius.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, add stevia, agave and salt. Then add one egg after the other and as soon as the dough is light and smooth, add the milk.

3. Process the oats with a blender to flour, add the durum wheat semolina, the baking powder and the protein powder and mix it all together with the dough.

4. Cover your baking pan with baking paper, pour the dough in your pan and spread the berries over the dough.

5. Bake the cake in the middle of the to 180° Celsius preheated oven for about 35 mins. Take it out and let it cool a little bit. Then prick the cake pretty tight with a split of wood.
6. Mix water, 1 tblsp. of powdered sugar, maple syrup and the lemon juice, sprinkle your cake with it and take it out of your pan.
7. After you let it cool a little you can sprinkle it with a little bit of powdered sugar, et voila!
